Should SEO be part of your strategy?

The ROI of SEO

With economic uncertainty ahead, many companies are evaluating which marketing efforts really turn the dial for their biz. That includes SEO.

According to this survey, 56% of small businesses don’t use SEO or aren’t sure if it’s part of their marketing strategy. Wow!

As a relatively low-cost marketing tactic, every business, no matter how large or small, should employ an SEO strategy. But as a marketing rep, how can you demonstrate its value? Is it possible to calculate the ROI of SEO?

The answer is yes! And there’s even a formula, thanks to Semrush.

SEO ROI = (value of conversions – cost of investment) / cost of investment

If tackling that formula sounds like fun, go for it! But if doing manual math isn’t your jam (we get it), Semify has provided a free SEO ROI calculator.

After you’ve completed your calculations and determined that SEO would, in fact, benefit your biz, you know who to call. And it’s not the Ghostbusters. It’s Top Fox!
