It seems like we have LinkedIn algorithm updates to share every week. Today is no exception.
In an effort to boost engagement, LinkedIn has added a “suggested post” feature.
Here’s how it works: “If someone in your network likes a post or comments on it, we’ll include that post in your feed if it’s relevant to you, i.e. if it helps you gain knowledge or skills that you would find valuable professionally.” This from Timer Cohen, Chief Product Officer at LinkedIn.
But wait…there’s more.
Jeff Cheng at LinkedIn recently announced on his own feed that LinkedIn has introduced an easier way to quickly share posts. The update allows users to send posts to multiple individuals simultaneously, create a new group message, and add custom messaging.
At this rate, we’re excited to see what LinkedIn does next.
