Experienced consultants, advisors, and now co-Founders, Ali McKenzie and Terrance Berland needed foundational marketing assets for their new consulting business, Unicorn & Lion.
Bringing more than 50 years of combined managerial experience in the CEO/CoS advisory model, Unicorn & Lion delivers cutting-edge insights into strategy, organization, operations, and capital raising.
Top Fox Marketing partnered with Unicorn & Lion on the whole nine yards: visual identity, messaging and positioning, website development, launch strategy, and more.
Today, Unicorn & Lion has a solid marketing foundation in place to support the business as it propels forward.
Objectives & Strategy
Phase 1:
We held a messaging session to deeply understand their company and their plans for their business. We extracted core brand pillars, built a business model canvas, developed a positioning statement and value proposition, and discussed their target personas.
Phase 2:
Following that session, we designed a special logo and built out the rest of the brand package that pay homage to Ali and Terry’s strengths and uniquely diverse points of view.
Phase 3:
With brand messaging and visual identity in place, the next step was to build out the website. We crafted copy, design and developed the site on Squarespace and installed pertinent tracking and functionality.
Phase 3:
To make an impact with the official brand announcement, we implemented a launch strategy that introduced Unicorn & Lion to their target audience. Tactics included a press release, organic social media posts, blog, and more.
